B1/B2 Engineering Instructor


JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Prepare, develop and conduct theoretical and practical training;
2.Prepare and develop questions related to the training materials.
3.Prepare the practical and assessment tasks.
4.Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
5.Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
6.Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
7.Plan and implement educational activities and events.
8.Ensure high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching and learning of the subject/s. Through effective dialogue, participating in reciprocal peer review and observation of class teaching practice by the project manager/management concerned.
9.Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports.
10.Responsible for grading assignments, evaluating students’ progress, and planning educational activities.
11.Responsible for handling issues such as class standards, grades, and student complaints in an appropriate manner.
12.Responsible for turning in necessary weekly paperwork concerning data analysis of weekly sessions.
13.Communicate effectively to students about the availability of study sessions.
14.Responsible for monitoring course progress, inspecting completed work for quality and quantity and evaluates course success.
15.Conducts verbal, written and practical evaluations based on training syllabus.
16.Responsible for student safety through training and make sure that they are policy complying with rules and regulation.
17.Coordinate with management for planning and designing the contents of training courses and activities when needed.
18.Provide technical assistance and support to instructors and students when necessary.
19.Recommend to update and modify course contents to reflect any development and changes in the procedures or technology discussed in the course.
20.Maintain existing courses, make sure that each of them are revised and improved, based on the recommendation of the management and instructors.
21.Provide constructive feedback throughout the courses.
22.Address problems with work quality, issues between students and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
23. Ensure students adhere to company policies and FujAA policy.
