AFT occupies a comprehensively equipped, purpose built 10,000 sq ft training centre. Facilities include state of the art education aids, simulator bay, briefing rooms and classrooms, student lounge and kitchen area, flight operations, along with management and administration offices.

• There is a fully equipped operation at FUJAA with briefing and planning facilities sufficient to cater for up to 60 integrated course students.

• The airport has a 3750 meter runway with Instrument Landing System (ILS) VOR, NBD, and will soon have RNAV arrival and departure procedures.

• All Fujairah Aviation Academy flight instructors are among some of the most experienced on the aviation industry, and most of the instructors have held airline positions and this wealth of knowledge is invaluable to the trainee pilot.

• The Academy has dedicated aircraft fleet of CESSNA 172, Diamond DA 40 and DA 42 aircraft.

• The simulator department operates flight navigation procedure trainers (FNPT): which will enhance the training before actual time, and are identical in every way to the actual Diamond Aircraft planning facilities.
