Step 1:

The Applicant should ensure that all fields in on line application form are filled with all required documents attached (passport copy with visa page if available , Educational Certificates , Local Police Character (not applicable to those who have a UAE Residence visa) and scan passport size photograph with white background ). The original Local Police Character Certificate and 4 passport size photographs should be sent via courier service along with a non-refundable application processing fee of AED 500 ($135) to Fujairah Aviation Academy address.

Once we receive your online application , original documents (Local Police Character and scan passport size photograph with white background ) and course deposit, our department will begin processing your application. We will send the required application and paperwork to UAE Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to obtain a Security Clearance for the Applicant to fly.

Step 2:

The Applicant is required to be English Proficient unless he/she has passed TOEFL/IELTS exam or he/she will have to undergo and pass an English exam with a score of 60 % or better for PPL CPL, 70% for ATPL. This test is administered Fujairah Aviation Academy facility

Step 3:

The Applicant is required to be medically fit and has to undergo and obtain a medical certificate by an approved UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Aero medical Doctor ensuring he/she is fit to fly.

Step 4:

If the applicant meets all the above requirements mention in steps 1-3 including obtaining a Security Clearance, he/she will be enrolled for the prescribed Pilot Course.

Visa

All Non-UAE Citizens are required to hold a Visa to enter the United Arab Emirates to begin flight training. In order for us to process your Visa paperwork, we have an online application that must be completed. Once we receive your online application and course deposit AED 300 ($80) and visa fee AED 1500 ($410), our Visa department will begin processing your application.
